Sai and Laura share one of the most touching love story we had the pleasure to film during a Wedding Ceremony in Italy.
They met in 2008 in the magical town of Madison, Wisconsin. From there they started a 5 years long odyssey between Italy, United States and Spain. Eventually, they managed to live and work in the same city and they decided to get married, but an Indian Wedding in Italy does not happen very often, so they had to organize it well!
Sai comes from India and Laura comes from Italy, so they got married three times: they celebrated an Indian wedding in India, a civil wedding in the United States and an Indian wedding in Italy. What was lovely about their Wedding Ceremony in Italy was to see so many people from so many different countries of the world. Having a huge number of guests coming especially from India, the main task was finding Indian Wedding Venues in Italy. They came from several countries, affording long travels to hug and make a party for Sai and Laura,so we could absolutely say that it was an International Wedding in Italy, and we loved it!
The Indian wedding in Italy was celebrated in a little church with a Catholic ceremony but with some Indian touches. They chose Villa San Nicola as their Indian Wedding Venue in Italy. A simple and elegant villa, the perfect choice to celebrate an international Wedding Ceremony in Italy.
During the party, Sai also played his guitar and sang for Laura Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel, that's why we chose this title for their Indian wedding in Italy video. It was an emotional moment that we will always remember and it gave us the right inspiration to edit their film.
